The correct answer is (d.) all of these are resistors. A resistor creates the reduction of the current flow and voltage levels within the circuits. A wire is a resistor because it is made up of alloy and carbon that helps to maintain a low resistance and have an easy flow of the electric charges. Same as the light bulb and the hair dryer, they all reduce the current flow.

d. all of these are resistors Light bulbs and Hair dryers work by generating heat, in the case of a light bulb the heat generated is used to excite gas electrons that emit light. In order to generate this heat the resistance of the elements within them are used as resistance causes Heat to generate.
